The National Gene Test Fund exists for the purpose of raising money to donate to those people who are at a high risk for a genetically transmitted disease, who are willing to be tested and take preventative measures, but are prohibited by the cost of such tests. Through your gracious donations, these people will no longer have to live in fear; rather, they may be afforded the possibility to take preventative action against their genetic disease and live long and healthy lives.
